The Castle Country Club Safeguarding Policy Statement
The Castle Country Club LTD fully committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk, by taking all reasonable steps to protect them from abuse or neglect.
The policy and procedures are outlined in our Safeguarding Policy document which is designed to cover all aspects of safeguarding within the Castle Country Club.
The Castle Country Club work with children, young people and adults at risk, and this policy relates to all staff employed by or working with Castle Country Club LTD for the activities over which it has supervision and control.
This policy is designed to encourage the development of good practice and stress the responsibility of all to be alert to the signs of abuse and neglect.
A copy of the policy document is displayed in the Club and available for all members to read.
The purpose of the Castle Country Club Safeguarding Policy is to:
- Make the Castle Country Club a place where everybody feels welcome and safe, by embedding respect and equality within our culture, codes of conduct, policies and procedures.
- Provide protection for all children, young people and adults at risk who use and visit our club including the children of our adult Members and users of our facilities.
- Provide Castle Country Club staff, trainers and coaches, agency staff, students and volunteers with guidance regarding procedures that they should adopt, should they suspect that a child, young person or adult at risk may be experiencing, and/or may be at risk of harm.
